Since 2008 we have been designing and building band sawmills, firewood processors, sharpeners and saw setters for sawmills, carpentry workshops and farms – in Poland and in 12 European countries.
Who we are
Roltrac is the trade name of HBT ROLTRAC – a family-owned company from Kroczyce in the Silesian Voivodeship, in the heart of the Kraków-Częstochowa Upland. Founded in 2008, from day one we have focused on building machinery for sawmills and carpentry workshops. Our first band sawmill left the shop floor in the year the company was founded – a response to local sawmills looking for a solid, easy-to-service machine.
Today we are one of Poland’s most recognisable manufacturers of sawmill machinery. Our band sawmills, firewood processors and sharpeners work daily in sawmills, carpentry workshops and farms across Poland and in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, the UK, Lithuania, Latvia and Romania.
Everything that leaves our factory is built from the first cut of steel, through welding and machining, to painting and assembly, in a single plant in Kroczyce. That is how we control quality at every stage and keep spare parts on the shelf for the entire life of the machine.

Close service
Spare parts held in stock – same-day dispatch. Field service on request, usually within 48 hours.
Simple construction
We avoid solutions that can only be repaired by the component manufacturer’s authorised service. Your electrician and welder must be able to help.
Polish production
Steel, welding, machining, assembly – all here in Kroczyce. Full process control means fewer surprises after years of operation.
History
A short timeline
- 2008HBT ROLTRAC is founded in Kroczyce – the first sawmill machines leave the production hall.
- 2010Introduction of the R380 series – today the most popular sawmill in our range.
- 2013First export shipments – Czechia, Slovakia, Germany.
- 2016Launch of the firewood processor – a machine for serial production of firewood.
- 2019Factory expansion with a final-assembly hall.
- 2022R380 Mobil launched – sawmill on a homologated two-axle trailer.
- 2025Automatic sharpeners and saw setters with servo feed – a new generation of workshop machines.
