R-380 AUTOMATIC SAWING AND SPLITTING MACHINE

R-380 AUTOMATIC sawing and splitting machine was designed for producing the firewood (for fireplace) in the form of ready, split elements. 

The splitting machine, as standard, is equipped with 4 and 8 chunks of wood splitting knife, 3 running meters tossing feeder with the expansion possibility, hydraulic knife height adjustment, and the electrically adjusted splitting feeder piston pitch. 

The machine fulfil all requirements of the user, in every term. The integrated system of hydraulic drives allows for work with other auxiliary devices such as feed tables or receiver tables.  The R-380 OPTIMA sawing and splitting machine, as standard, is equipped with the 130 L oil tank and additionally it is possible to install an oil cooler.  Thanks to using oil which fulfils all high requirements the machine works in the scope of very low temperatures as well as during summer.

The R-380 WOM sawing and splitting machine is ready to be used in work with tractors up to 60 horse power and lifting capacity of minimum 1500 kg. The splitting machine allows working in field or directly at the client's premises and does not require electric terminal of greater power. R-70 BAND SAWING MACHINE

The band sawing machine was designed for processing wood into ready-made construction elements in the form of boards, balk, and rafter framing. Thanks to changing the height of cutting quickly it is possible to achieve different sizes easily. Using the band sawing machine allows for optimal sawing of wood with the minimum of discards keeping the saw cut low (2 - 2.5 mm).

ROLTRAC R-380 CLASSIC SAWING AND SPLITTING MACHINE

R-380 CLASSIC sawing and splitting machine was designed for producing the firewood (for fireplace) in the form of ready, split elements. 

The manual splitting machine does not lag behind the fully automated splitting machines and it is also based on the 11 kW electric engine and the same hydraulic pump.

The splitting machine, as standard, is equipped with 4 and 6 chunks of wood splitting knife, 3 running meters eruptive feeder, mechanical knife height adjustment, and the electrically adjusted splitting feeder piston pitch. 

Working on R-380 CLASSIC splitting machine involves transporting logs using rolls located on the feed table to the set pitch height and then manual release of pressure and cutting the log using a lever. Having cut the log the piston switches on automatically or is switched on manually. The mobile sawing and splitting machine is constructed on the basis of the automatic version of series R-380.  It has all the functions and additionally it is equipped with wheels and steering system with a break and traffic lights. 

The mobile version is available on one or two axes, depending on the configuration. 

Since the working station can be installed very quickly the machine does not cause any trouble in moving it.

R-160   R-260 FEED TABLE FOR WOOD

The feed table for wood is a perfect solution as a supplement to the production line of the sawing and splitting machine, as well as wood chippers and shredders. 

The standard dimensions of the tables are 2.4 x 2.6 x 1.6 and are suitable for working with logs of length 1 - 4 running meters and diameter of 45 cm. 

Each table is designed for hydraulic or electric supply with the possibility of adapting to a machine of a different producer.

R-160 and R-260 feed tables are produced using only the best sub-assemblies with the possibility of replacing all of the operational elements.
